Контекст: The company may only acquire its own fully-paid shares or depositary receips without consideration (с этой частью кое-как разобрался), or if:
- the equity decreased by the acquisition price is not less than the paid and called part of the capital increased with the reserves which must be maintained by law;

если:
доля акционера в капитале предприятия, уменьшенная за счет цены приобретения, НЕ (будет?)меньше суммы
оплаченной и объявленной части капитала и(+)
резервов в размере, требуемом законодательством

called capital - может быть еще "привлдеченный капитал", но это из "общей лексики".

Еще бы контекста... что там выше, ниже?

equity - это еще \"капитал\" (с вариациями), но слово \"capital\" есть дальше.
