English term or phrase: month
I need the 12 months of the year from Russian to English. I have Russian magazines and can not identify the month date on them. Can you help? Thank you! :-)

Explanation:
I agree with previous answer, this is only addition. If you have Russian magazines, month date of them should be written in Russian. These are Russian equivalents in Russian transliteration:
1. January - январь
2. February -февраль
3. March - март
4. April - апрель
5. May - май
6. June - июнь
7. July - июль
8. August - август
9. September - сентябрь
10. October - октябрь
11. November - ноябрь
12. December - декабрь

hope this will help

Thank you for your answer, although I have discovered that my problem is not having Russian fonts in my computer. The dates on the magazines are written in cyrillic font which I cannot decipher, so I still do not know the answer I needed. :-/ Thank you again anyway. :-)

The previous 3 answers were all right, I am writing this just to add some more info.
Please note: not only in Russia months are not written with the first capital letter, (unless a sentence starts with it), but also if abbreviated to figures, months are placed after the figures of dates as opposed to the American sequence month/date/year.

Explanation:
The problem is when you write, i.e., "19th July": in Russian they want to be declined at genitive. Then: 1 - январь (janvar'), января (janvarja); 2 - февраль (fevral'), февраля (fevralja); 3 - март (mart), марта (marta); 4 - апрель (aprel'), апреля (aprelja); 5 - май (maj), мая (maja); 6 - июнь (ijun'), июня (ijunja); 7 - июль (ijul'), июля (ijulja); 8 - август (avgust), августа (avgusta); 9 - сентябрь (sentjabr'), сентября (sentjabrja); 10 - октябрь (oktjabr'), октября (oktjabrja); 11 - ноябрь (nojabr'), ноября (nojabrja); 12 - декабрь (dekabr'), декабря (dekabrja).
