LOCAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Local Service Agreement (“Local Service Agreement” or “LSA”) is made and entered into as of the 1st day of …, 2009, by and between Pepsi Americas … ("PEPSI AMERICAS LOCAL PARTY"), and DOOR International, BV ("SUBCONTRACTOR LOCAL PARTY") with PEPSI AMERICAS and SUBCONTRACTOR sometimes referred to individually as a “Local Party” and collectively as the “Local Parties”.

PEPSI AMERICAS (“PEPSI”), and DOOR International, BV (“SUBCONTRACTOR”), have entered into a Subcontractor Agreement entered into as of the 1st day of …, 2009, and with a subcontract number of PA-HU-DOOR (“Agreement” or “Subcontract”).

In accordance with the Section titled, “Local Service Agreements”, in the Agreement, PEPSI AMERICAS LOCAL PARTY and SUBCONTRACTOR LOCAL PARTY wish to enter into this Local Service Agreement, pursuant to which SUBCONTRACTOR LOCAL PARTY shall provide Services to PEPSI AMERICAS LOCAL PARTY in the Jurisdiction in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Local Service Agreement.
