recommended to apply this machining on each bar stock
when a finger chuck is selected.
Due to strength concern, the maximum finger chuck size
within a guiding channel specification is limited by it’s own
wall thickness and therefore the maximum loaded bar
stock diameter is limited. To maximize the bar stock
diameter, the user is recommended to turn down the bar
tip as shown. The maximum bar stock diameter should be
keep 1mm below the guiding channel.
When the push type finger chuck is selected, the bar
preparation should be proceeded as shown. |
