Да, "без возможности поворота", но надо перефразировать так, чтобы было ясно, что без возможности поворота относительно вала.
Второй (поворотный) рычаг может иметь L-образную форму. Один конец рычага крепится к валу таким образом, чтобы возможность его вращения относительно вала исключалась. На втором конце...
Я бы предложил "один конец *жестко* закреплен на валу" - так короче, но вот вдруг там сохраняется возможность осевого перемещения. |
