The rear Flywheels will be mounted to the Spindle Adapter (or to each other). This will also be accomplished in a manual fashion. The rear Flywheels are secured to the headstock when not in use. This is the storage position. In order to pull a Flywheel out of storage, the operator must use the hoist to hold the weight of the flywheel, unsecure the individual Flywheel that is being moved from the one it is attached to, pull it (using fasteners) into position engaged on the Spindle Adapter (or another rear Flywheel), and fasten it into place.

А вообще лучше перефразировать: "доведите до контакта с тем-то с помощью того-то и закрепите".
