(i)No Sublicensing. Licensee shall not make available for exhibition any motion pictures or programs on a Internet Video On Demand (VOD) basis other than as part of the On-line (Internet) VOD Service‚ and shall not make available for exhibition any Licensed Film other than rentals of Licensed Films on a VOD basis as part of the On-line (Internet) VOD Service. Licensee shall not syndicate the On-line (Internet) VOD Service (or any variant thereof) or sublicense any of the rights granted hereunder‚ including granting to another Person the right to subdistribute any Licensed Film in any manner or to carry the On-line (Internet) VOD Service (or any variant thereof) on a proprietary website or delivery platform (such as a Closed Network) owned‚ operated‚ branded or Controlled by such other Person or integrated into or pre installed on a set top box that is manufactured or made available to consumers by another Person.
