What are the legal age limits for buying alcohol both on-premise and off-licence for beer, wine and spirits?
Я уже задавал вопрос с данным словосочетанием ***on-premise and off-licence***. Он до сих пор открыт. Просто я дал его в более раскрытом виде. В основном вопрос по "off-licence". Были предложены ответы, которые мне близки по духу (на разлив / рюмочная / магазин-бар)... :-)) Но мне кажется, что они не совсем отражают... Весь вариант приветствуется.
Explanation: Off licence. Buying a drink. Those establishments where you buy alcohol late at night where you are not allowed to drink it on the premises are called Off Licences (or Offies) in the UK and Liquor Stores in the US.

Судя по определению в них, как раз, нельзя пить на месте.
А вот "on-premise" - это как раз "Рюмочные" (Спиртные напитки на разлив)

Да, \"on-premise\" - это вероятно шире, чем я сперва подумал.

Соответственно, один тип лицензии на продажу алкоголя (получаемый заведением, т.е. баром, рестораном и т.д.) позволяет распитие на месте, а другой (off-licence) - только на вынос.
