То есть, согласно Вашему тексту и этой странице, закупорка (или обструкция) протока при мастите как раз и не происходит (в противоположность сказанному в ссылке, данной Ol_Besh), несмотря на то, что в железе прощупывается объемное образование (lump): молоко скапливается не в протоке, а в ткани молочной железы.
