Похоже, это название какого-то лабораторного прибора
"diff" - возможно - указание на "развернутый" анализ крови (т.е. с лейкоцитарной формулой), но если это и правда название прибора, не думаю, что стоит его как-либо переводить.

"система приборов" неправильно - это один прибор)
пожалуй, вполне подойдет "инструментально-лабораторная система"
а то и вовсе можно его обозвать:
лабораторный анализатор "Ac•T 5diff"
Хочется сказать "гематологический анализатор", да и в сети встречается этого дела немало, но это по большому счету калька, и она сбивает с толку - в русском языке "гематологический" довольно прочно ассоциируется с заболеваниями крови (например, лейкозами и т.п.) - ср. гематология, гематолог
