Мне кажется, что если уж упоминается шприц, то "male" можно в переводе опустить (может, мне просто не повезло, но я никогда не видел шприцов с "female" коннектором).
Male тут означает, что коннектор этот вставляется внутрь какого-то female коннектора той же системы (то есть Люэр). Если проводить аналогию, male = болт, а female = гайка.
Можно попробовать написать "мужской люэровский фиксатор" или "фиксатор системы Люэр мужского типа", но лично мне это "мужской" режет глаз. |
