1. Click QC Chip on the Home page, or select Chips & QC > List from the ABC menu bar on the Home page.

2. On the Waiting for QC tab, select the chip name.

In the QC page, two sample graphs for each of the 13 samples will display. The quality of each sample is checked by examining the raw and the normalized graph.

• Raw signal: shows the unprocessed curve with ***high and low markers***.
• Normalized curve: shows the processed curve with the ***high and low markers*** removed.
