Валидация процесса, как следует из контекста, проводится перед производством каждой партии товара. И в процессе валидации нужно убедиться, что критерий отбраковки утвержден кем-то вышестоящим. Просто необходимо зафиксировать факт, что этот критерий сформулирован и подписан уполномоченной инстанцией. Не думаю, что должностное лицо, которое выполняет процедуру валидизации, имеет право подтверждать или не подтверждать этот критерий. |
