Метод с использованием меченого антигена и иммобилизованного на твердой фазе антигена. Метод используется для выявления анти-HBs в диагностическом наборе “AUSAB” EIA фирмы “ЭББОТТ”. Общая схема проведения реакции заключается в следующем: на полистироловом шарике адсорбирован HBsAg субтипа ad и ау, после инкубации с исследуемым материалом и удаления непрореагировавших компонентов добавляется HBsAg, меченный ферментом, который взамодействует со свободными центрами связывания антител к HBsAg, провзаимодействовавшими с антигеном, сорбированным на твердой фазе. При наличии антител в исследуемой пробе уровень оптической плотности прошедшей реакции превосходит показатели отрицательных контрольных образцов.
