Конечно, только догадка, но если у этого пациента есть костный нарост, то можно предположить что "пациент жалуется на головные и шейные боли" или что-то в этом роде

disagree  sasavolhsph: возможно отвечаю уже поздно, но все-таки мое мнение, что речь не идет о "боли в голове и шее", так как headache уже упоминалась. Думаю ближе к истине будет "пациент (находится) в отделении челюстно-лицевой хирургии"
