Explanation: Есть такая фишка в разделе Сахалин (valve cv =
коэффициент расхода клапана). А может быть это и "значение коэффициента вязкости" (constant viscosity value)... т.е. нужно бы точную область. Мне ранее попадалось только как указание на рассчетный коэф. вязкости жидкой среды.
