думаю, Ваш термин аналогичен термину MEDIAN relative absolute difference. Его бы я перевел как "абсолютная величина разности медианных значений". Да, навороченно, но иначе никак.
Что такое "медиана" или "медианное значение"? вот ссылка http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview/id/724873.html, там все рассказано подробно.
Разность медианных значений - ну это просто арифметическая разность. А - В = С.
Абсолютная величина - это величина по модулю, т.е. если у нас разность получает отрицательной, мы "минус" отбрасываем и получаем число. Если разность положительна, то так и оставляем.
