Pronounce it as it is written. Since I cannot type Cyrillic letters on the computer I'm using at this moment, I'm spelling the words; each syllabus is standing for its corresponding Cyrillic letter: "Ya - t-e-b(not v)-ya - l-yu-b-l-yu." Ya=I, tebya=you, lyublyu=love
