Addendum to my last: Explanation: I left out a very important word, which changes the meaning. My previous answer should read: федеральный закон по обеспечению обороны, г. 1997 . Again, transliterated: Federal'nyj zakon po obespecheniyu oborony, g. 1997. My apologies. Working on a strange computer does strange things...! :) |
