satellite well подводная скважина , размещенная вблизи стационарной платформы ; скважина - спутник
satellite well production system - спутниковая система добычи (система подводной добычи, при которой добываемые флюиды из нескольких скважин подаются трубопроводами на сборный манифольд, а оттуда – на суда)
хотя RAF, конечно, тоже в теме
