In the event of an application arising that cannot use a transmitter the Supplier shall submit technical justification and request the written approval of the Contractor for a waiver. No exceptions will be considered for machinery packages due to vibration problems. Consideration shall be given to the selection of instruments with remote seals in cases where extreme vibration may be a problem. No instruments shall employ brass or copper components in their construction unless prior permission has been agreed with the COMPANY.
