Ворос о "mill Under tollerance" уже обсуждался здесь (http://rus.proz.com/kudoz/english_to_russian/engineering:_in... но не как не пойму о каких допусках речь идет в мое случае: "Weight Allowance - Allowance added to the calculated weight to account for weight uncertainty and definable weights that can not be specified at the reported project phase (e.g. *mill tolerances*, fabrication tolerances, weld material, paint). Говорить о допусках на фрезерование с учетом результатов дискуссии и исходя из контекста, скорей всего, не приходится. Заранее спасибо.

Я бы вот так разграничил:
mill tolerance - погрешность размеров заготовки (ИЛИ отклонение действительных размеров заготовки). Заготовка-таки да, прокат, судя по всему.
fabrication tolerance - погрешность (механической) обработки (ИЛИ отклонение действительных размеров (обработанных) деталей)
Ну и дальше - масса присадочного материала, лакокрасочного покрытия.

По сути-то да, допуски.
