Под traffic имеются в виду всевозможные санные повозки, поскольку речь идет о конце 19 века.
Прошу помощи не в смысловом переводе, а в стилистическом (в частности, не знаю, как лучше перевести слово traffic, чтобы оно стилистически вписывалсь с контекст). |
