Svetlana, Thank you. My client is a landlord, they want to be sure Tenant understands clearly. And I am as a Russian lawyer can't provide wrongful translation. Trust me, sometimes it hurts to know too much about legal remedees and etc..and then you, as a translator, want to be too carefull in using/choosing words...:-)
