FIRE MARSHAL’S RESPONSIBILITIES
On hearing the alarm the fire marshals will proceed to the designated assembly area for their department / area collecting the *fire roll call rack* for the dept(located at the main factory entrance )
Once at the assembly point they will take control of the assembled employees and carry out a full roll call.

nuclear: Not that I have a better version, but why would anyone want to carry around stands or boards in case of fire alarm? Why not keep them at the assembly point (well, perhaps you are not the person to ask this question...)
