This **Restricted Report of a Limited Appraisal** is intended to comply with the requirements set forth under standards Rule 2-2c of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice for Restricted Appraisal Reports, effective July 1, 1994.
Explanation: There are three report formats we offer for reporting either appraisal type developed. The formats are SELF-CONTAINED, SUMMARY and RESTRICTED.
The SELF-CONTAINED format includes all of the appraiser’s reasoning and data. No considered material is omitted from the report or retained in the appraiser’s file. This is typically referred to as a "Top-of-the-Line" appraisal when no departures are invoked.
The SUMMARY is written in an abbreviated fashion. All material considered is in the report but not in the depth of detail used in a SELF-CONTAINED REPORT. As such, some of the information used in developing the report may be retained in the appraiser’s file and not detailed within the report.
