Да, подлежащее или уже отчужденное жилье/имущество - тоже очено хороший вариант. По-русски. Не надо гадать, что это такое. И часто употребляется, вот хоть здесь - http://www.rosec.ru/estimation/normativ/federal/index2.wbp. Пожалуй, это лучше чем "описанный". |
