As I see it баня по-черному" is something tradionally Russian, with a pechka, and so on.
Here a Finnish sauna is meant, i.e.
"A traditional Finnish SMOKE SAUNA warming up.
It has no chimney and smoke comes out trough a hole in the wall called RAAPPAANAA.

In a “smoke sauna”, the steam becomes smoke-scented because there is no partition between the steam chamber and the fire. If such a partition exists, then the sauna will be «баня по-белому» (banya po-belomu).

In the traditional Russian sauna, the smoke goes completely to the steam chamber, because there is no chimney. This was the only way, in which the Russian bath worked for a great number of years. (See http://www.banbas.ru/podsh/n4/index6.html)

The traditional Finnish bath has a chimney, and is, therefore, a “banya po-belomy”. I do not know to what extent (fully or partially) the smoke will mix with the steam in the Finnish smoke sauna. If fully, then it is not different very much from the traditional Russian bath. If it mixes partially, then we got a slightly different technology. Moreover, the type of the wood burnt in the Finnish sauna may be different from what is more common in Russia. Herbs may also be used in order to change the scent of the smoke, or even increase its healing powers.

In order to be prudent and take all these potential differences into account, I would suggest the option of writing «финская баня «по-черному» (finskaya banya “po-chernomy”). Using the word «финская» will be another way to address the concern, which is raised in Mr. Chursinov’s answer regarding such non-Finnish concepts as “pechka”, etc. «Финская баня» («finskaya banya») is quite common in the Russian language, along with other types, such as «турецкая баня» (“turetskaya banya”), etc.
