Также хотелось бы услышать мнение лингвистов в отношении использования заглавных букв в русском варианте. Я имею в виду Гостей и Сотрудников/Членов команды?

1. Никаких заглавных букв.
2. Под member, скорее всего, понимают участников программы постоянных клиентов или чего-то подобного. Им положены особые привилегии. О сотрудниках команды вряд ли идет речь.
3. Experience, как всегда, перевести трудно. Я привел лишь один из возможных вариантов, отчасти иносказательный.
