Klasifikacija kredibiliteta izdavaoca dužničkih hartija od vrednosti. Izdaju ga specijalizovane kompanije koje se bave procenom sposobnosti podmirivanja obaveza od strane izdavaoca. Klasifikacija se izražava kombinacijom brojki i slova. AAA rejting je oznaka najvišeg kvaliteta hartija od vrednosti, izdavaoca hartija od vrednosti ili finansijske institucije. Najpoznatije svetske agencije za procenu kredibiliteta su Moody"s i Standard & Poor"s.
