Reference information: Nisam sigurna kako se prevodi u nasem pravnom sistemu, ali u UK je razvod dvo-stepeni postupak u kome sud provo odredjuje "decree nisi" tj da se druga strana ne protivi razvodu, a tek 6 sedmica nakon toga moze da se podnose zahtjev sudu za razvod braka
