Marija, izvini, mislila sam na "zalbu/prigovor" a stavih "tuzba". U mnogim tekstovima mozete naci naziv "procesne i materijalne/substantivne zalbe" ili "materijalno (sustinsko) krivicno pravo i sl. Nisam pravnik, ali sam se u prevodima susretala sa takvim terminima. Mozda ce me neke kolege pravnici ispraviti ako nisam u pravu po pitanju "materijalnog". |
