Za privatne kompanije koje žele zaštiti svoju investiciju nije svejedno kako i na koji način pravni poredak zemlje reguliše pitanje vlasničkih prava, eksproprijacije, zemljišno knjižnog prava, kako su uređena pitanja osnivanja i poslovanja privrednih subjekata, pitanja stečaja, oporezivanja, carinskih olakšica, kako funkcioniše tržište hartija od vrednosti i slično.

Termin koji Branko Vukicevic u Pravnom rečniku (srpsko-engleski) navodi za zemljoknjižno pravo je Land Law.
Inače, stvari su prilično jasne, obzirom da engleska varijanta ne mora imati nužno ovaj termin "Knjižno".
U svakom slučaju, ovo bi bio odgovarajući ekvivalent datom terminu na našem jeziku.

Land registry law


Explanation:
On 13 October 2003, the Land Registration Act 2002 and Land Registration Rules 2003 came into force. They have completely replaced the law for land registration. Together, the new Act and Rules govern the role and practice of Land Registry.
