ili jednostavno IVR/IWR sistemi koji se koriste u klinickim ispitivanjima, izmedju ostalog. Nasi lekari, a i mnogi drugi korisnici tih sistema, to jednostavno tako zovu, verovatno da bi se skratio naziv "govorno-informacioni sistem za web komunikaciju/komunikaciju putem interneta" i sl. Znate i sami da se mnoge stvari iz IT sistema jednostavno ne prevode ili se izmisljaju nove reci koje nam nedostaju.
