7. EXPENSES; FRINGE BENEFITS

7.1 The Company shall pay or reimburse the General Manager for all reasonable and necessary business related expenses actually incurred or paid by him during the Employment Period in connection with the performance of his work under this Agreement upon presentation of expense statements or vouchers or such other supporting information as it may require.
