- SERIES limited liability company, i
- RESTRICTED limited liability company

Prilično nezgrapno, ali u suštini to bi bilo to. Možda neko ima elegantnije rješenje. Na našim prostorima, koliko je meni poznato, ovaj oblik organizovanja društva ne postoji.

i ja sam po struci ekonomista i pouzdano znam za BiH da takav oblik društva ne postoji, a pretpostavljam da isto važi i za cijelu regiju. Ako je to tako onda ćete morati sami izvesti neku prikladnu kovanicu ili vam možda posluži i gore dati prijedlog. Sretno! |
