English term or phrase: taking over certificate

Ugovor o izgradnji saobraćajnice:

"The Contractor may apply for a Taking-Over Certificate for
completed sections of the Works in accordance with the
sections defined in the payment schedule. Such sections
shall be complete in all aspects of the works.
Within 14 days of the date of receipt of Contractor’s notice
for issuance of Taking Over Certificate, the Employer shall
constitute a committee comprising of Employer’s and
Contractor’s Representatives. The Committee shall conduct
a detailed inspection of the Works completed by the
Contractor to ascertain the completion or the extent of
completion to decide about the issuance of certificate
including preparation of defect’s punch list as deemed
necessary within 2 weeks."
