Koliko vidim radi se o transcript-u tj. prepisu ocena koje izdaju skole, faulteti. Obicno je to kopija dokumenta sa prikazanim postignucima, ocenama u formi potvrde ili izvestaja fakulteta. To nije Diploma vec obican izvestaj koji verifikuje postignuca studenta na tom fakultetu.
