sad vidim da sam napravio lapsus: umesto "javno", trebalo je da stavim "generalno". Nekako bih insistirao na "Generalno založno skladište", i to posebno na onome "založno", jer to na našem jeziku ima onaj tačan smisao: založiti nešto radi uzimanja novca u zamenu, ružnije rečeno "lihvarska ustanova".
