Ja sam stavio "zajednicko zaposljavanje":

Fee Split Agreement for Contract Positions
ORIS Creative Solutions Inc. and agree to a "Strategic Alliance" to
work co-operatively in placing candidates at each other's clients. The intent is for both agencies to:
a) Increase their overall revenues via co-operative efforts.
b) Increase client satisfaction with their performance, professionalism, and capacity to
supply their needs.
c) Increase candidate satisfaction with their professionalism and greater supplv of potential
jobs.
d) Respect the confidentiality of information obtained from the other agencv, and use it only
for mutual benefit.
e) Work openly and honestly with each other, in the same fashion as if they were one
agency while maintaining autonomy and the ability to have independent agreements with
other companies.
Both agencies agree to cooperate with each other in the sharing of candidates and company job ordersforthe purpose of achieving split-placements underthe follovving conditions:

Asker: Ne radi se o tome. Dve agencije za zaposljavanje imaju ugovor o "zajednickom plasiranju" kandidata za posao, tako sto jedna nadje klijenta kome treba odredjeni profil radnika, a druga agencija npr. ima takvog kandidata na "lageru" ga prosledi prvoj i ova ga zaposli. Onda obe agencije dele honorar, odnosno proviziju sto su zaposlile coveka "zajednickim snagama". I to se zove u ugovoru "SPLIT PLACEMENT"
