| judgement and decree sudska presuda (mišljenje) i odluka Explanation: U analizi dva donja objasnjenja izmedju "judgement" i "decree", moze se reci da je prvo u stvari samo sudsko mišljenje, prosudjivanje ili presuda, a drugo treba da prvo sprovede u delo. Pretpostavljam da bi onda "final judgement" prebalo da bude "završna / konačna presuda (mišljenje)", pošto se u međuvremenu mogao i "predomisliti". | Reference: (Final) Judgement Reference information: Shodno navedenom "na kraju pise", jasno mi je zasto niste sigurni odnosno zasto Vam to lici na neko misljenje i predlog za konacnu odluku. Mozda bi Vam pomoglo da pogledate na linku - izaberete konkretnu drzavu pa Preview, gde mozete videti da se to negde zove Final Judgement a negde samo Judgement npr.
