This is perhaps due to the fact that at a weight watchers club meeting, while being encouraged to eat a sensible well balanced diet you are also given a plan to follow that is interesting enough to make sure that boredom doesn't set in. This is the main downfall about of any weight loss plan, there are many restrictions and boredom quickly brings about the downfall of the diet.
