Asker: Ďakujem, Martin. Ako veľmi je termín "bagel" zaužívaný v slovenčine? Mne to pripadá ako žemľa s otvorom/dierou v strede, a tým pádom, niečo skloňované podľa vzoru "kosť". Ale.... Originál, plus vysvetlenie v zátvorke nepomôže, pretože ide o popis výrobku (nálepku o zložení).

Reference information: Bagel má tvar žemle s otvorom uprostred. Bagel sa robí z múky, soli, cukru, droždia, vody a vajec. Vykvasené cesto sa rozdelí na malé bochníky, ktoré sa nechajú vykysnúť a po ďalšom prepracovaní sa formuje do tvaru žemlí, ktoré sa krátko opečú pod grilom, 15 minút povaria vo vode a nakoniec sa asi 10 minút pečú v horúcej trúbe.
