Takže, "dokazový prostriedok" môže byť hocičo, napríklad aj rekonštrukcia nejakého trestného činu, a to teda nie je presný preklad. Ani "dôkazový materiál" sám o sebe nie je podľa mňa presným prekladom, lebo to opäť môže byť hocičo, napríklad aj nájdená zbraň a podobne. V tomto prípade však podľa mňa ide o spis, kde je všetko uvedené/opísané/zhrnuté/vysvetlené/navrhnuté a podobne v písomnej forme.
