Asker: Ďakujem za odpoveď. Obávam sa však, že nie je správna, pretože v tomto prípade ide o kladné a záporné potenciály, ktoré sú sprievodným znakom reakcie nervu na podnet. Ide o skúmanie nervovej vodivosti, takže sa mi "núkali" pojmy, ako "pozitivita zvodu"...

Asker: Ďakujem za návrh. Zdá sa, že vodiaca pozitivita, alebo pozitivita vodiča bude najadekvátnejší preklad.-jsz

Predpkladám, že ked to nasleduje po "distortion of waveform", tak sa asi jedná o nejaký graf. "Lead" - combination of electrodes that form an imaginary line in the body along which the electrical signals are measured (z definície Electrocardiogram vo Wikipedii).

Osobne si myslím, že by tam malo byť použité slovo "výchylka". Pri výraznej deformácii tvaru signálu, zvlášť pri prezencii pozitívnej výchylky (krivky) bud.......

Asker: Je tu určite súvislosť s EKG - len ako sa to presne nazýva? Totiž ani ten anglický originálny výraz nie je vo vyhľadávačoch veľmi zastúpený. - jsz
