silgus
contable/contador/gerente vintenero u obsesionado por los números, vintenero
Explanation:
This is a slang (and pejorative) term for an accountant or perhaps a manager that is only concerned with numbers.

Bean counter
A dismissive term for an accountant, unfairly categorising him or her as someone capable only of adding and subtracting. An extension is the 'bean-counter mentality', which insists that everything should be measured, even those things that cannot be. Such a mentality is sometimes encountered among academics hungry for research topics.
