J: la idea aqui es que los gastos de la casa matriz que superen el 5% de las ventas no pueden ser deducidos a los efectos de calcular la ganancia sujeta a impuesto. De manera que, para este calculo, debe volver a sumarse los gastos computados que no pueden ser deducidos.
