the term is part of a list, so there is not much context; I have found it on the internet, mostly in accounting documents, but have no idea how to translate it into Spanish.
Explanation: Después de observar bastante (hasta quedar bizca!), llego a la conclusión de que se trata de un término acuñado en la India. Todos los resultados en Google están ligados a sitios de la India, Pakistán, etc.
Según lo que entiendo de los diferentes contextos, una traducción posible sería *observaciones*, lo que me cuesta determinar es si observaciones *de* o *a* la auditoría.

If no reply is given to theDraft Notes or the reply given is found unsatisfactory, the Draft AuditNotes are converted into Draft Audit paras by the Accountant General(Audit).
