¿Alguien conoce este término en español?
Aparece en un balance general de una empresa de India, en la sección "Sources of Funds/Shareholder's Funds", entre "Share Capital" y "Reserves&Surplus".
Contexto:
"Generally the allotment of shares and ***share application money*** in the case of unlisted companies and private companies will be governed by their private placement documents. If there are no terms in the document, then general law of contract will be applicable. The allotment has to be made before the ***share application money*** is utilized. If the money is utilized, then it will tantamount to acceptance of the share application and therefore the applicant will have the right to file a civil suit for allotment. To keep the money unallotted for an unduly long time will be risky. Income tax authorities have issued notices in respect of some companies which keep application money unallotted for a long time, probing whether they are unexplained credit etc."

Como entiendo es que existe el capital social que está registrado en libros y que los accionistas tienen sus títulos; en ciertos casos los accionistas pueden realizar aportes a capital que son "guardados" en una cuenta de capital que tiene características similares, y que una vez que se celebre una asamblea y se autorice la emisión de nuevas acciones pasan a ser parte plena del capital social. Tiene que ver con el derecho que tienen los socios a no ser "diluidos" vale decir que sus participaciones porcentuales no se disminuyan y todos tengan el derecho a aportar etc...

Es así como entiendo este rollo, que sí es un gran rollo
