categoría salarial
Explanation:
Creo que "pay div" quiere decir "pay division":

Esta definición aparece en el "SWISS (Scottish Workforce Information Standard System) User Manual":
"SWISS is used by the NHS to record many different types of information on its employees from the Payroll system ranging from sickness absence to information regarding employment earnings."

"Data Item: Pay Division
Definition: A mechanism for grouping staff within areas (for use in payroll). Also used for controlling data access
Source: Payroll"
http://www.swiss.scot.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/SWISS-User-M...

"Data Item: Area/Pay Div/Group Code/Pay Point
Definition: Combination of Area, Pay Division, Group Code and Pay Point
Data Item: Area/Pay Div/GC/PPT/Scale or band
Definition: Combination of Area, Pay Division, Group Code, Pay Point and Scale Point"
